Celebrate Spring Break with us! During the week of April 5th, we will have three family activities. Included in the Destination DG Spring Break Activity Series is a free family film on Tuesday, “Chalk the Walk” on Thursday, and “Free Form Friday”. Check out the details below.

Screening of “Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle”

Join us in the Ella Fitzgerald Theater for a free family film on Tuesday, April 6th at 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. For health and safety reasons, no popcorn will be provided. Kids under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult or older sibling. Space is limited so RSVP is requested. Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis and same day RSVP is permitted.

This film is rated PG-13 and has a runtime of 119 minutes.

Chalk The Walk

Celebrate the freedom of Spring Break with the sun on your face and chalk in hand. Leave an inspiring message, create a temporary mural, or choose from 2-3 selected themes. This community chalk mural session will be held on the sidewalk along Wickham Avenue on Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Chalk the Walk will be canceled if inclement weather prohibits. No replacement activity will be provided. No profanity, inappropriate language, or images. Anyone violating these rules will be subject to removal from the activity.

Free-form Friday

Unleash your creativity through painting, sculpting, or assembling make-and-take crafts. This session will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm in our Art Room. Registration is requested and will cost $5 per person.
