About the Exhibit
This exhibit is composed of eight ambitious and passionate artists who are striving to rejuvenate and support the artistic community in the area. They also wish to bridge the gap between the artists and the general public through engaging all through their chosen artistic media.
The theme for Downing-Gross's artistic season this year is "Hidden Gems: Imagination" and the works in this exhibit epitomize the core tenants of imagination: creativity, vision, originality, artistry, insight, and fantasy. In essence, these "hidden gems" of Hampton Roads collectively utilize their intuitive sense of imagination to create their dream exhibit. This exhibit is simply one of the many ways in which Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center is celebrating "Imagination", and we would like to sincerely thank all artists, community members, and patrons for joining us.
