Winter 2025 Classes
Music With the Maestro!
Beginner Piano
Instructor: Sherrod Brown
New to piano? In this class, students will learn the skills and terminology associated with the dynamic of piano music performance in an all-inclusive nostalgic experience.
You can choose from four different 6-week sessions this season:
Mondays (ages 55+) 11am to 12pm
Tuesdays (ages 7-54) 5pm to 6pm
Wednesdays (ages 7-54) 5pm to 6pm
Thursdays (ages 7-54) 5pm to 6pm
Music with the Maestro! Intermediate Piano
Instructor: Sherrod Brown
Already took Beginner Piano? This class is designed for students who already know piano fundamentals and are looking to take their skills to the next level.
You can choose from four different 6-week sessions this season:
Mondays (ages 55+) 12pm to 1pm
Tuesdays (ages 7-54) 6pm to 7pm
Wednesdays (ages 7-54) 6pm to 7pm
Thursdays (ages 7-54) 6pm to 7pm
Acting Up (AU)
2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month starting August 13, 2024
Time: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Age: 6 - 14 years
Instructor: James Cooper
No experience is required for this FREE children’s theater club! We will start with the basics of theatrical performance and learn as a group. Students looking for a way to break out of their shells are just as welcome as those seasoned performers looking to expand their training. Check in when you arrive for your first club meeting to get registered.
Puppet Workshop
Jan 10, 2025 - Feb 14, 2025 Fridays from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Get a taste as a real-world puppeteer as you and your classmates develop characters through improv and other exercises, and then perform your lines with a script taped to the monitors- just like the pros! Write and rehearse your original script, culminating in filming your scenes and critiquing the final day of this 6-week class.
Performance Workshop
From Jan 25, 2025 to Apr 26, 2025
Saturdays from 2pm to 3:30pm on the 4th week of each month.
