About the Exhibit
Founded March 12, 1912, the Girl Scouts of the Colonial Coast celebrate their founding during Youth Art Month with the exhibition “Happy Birthday Girl Scouts” in partnership with the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center. Girls from grades K-12 will complete the Arts Badge by grade level and category within their troops. The resulting masterpieces will be displayed in our Newport News Community Gallery.
