About the Artist
Dinisha Ellis was born in Newport News, Virginia. She is a self-taught abstract painter. She has always had a special appreciation for bright colors, dots and lines. Since she was a kid she could be found sketching and doodling all the time. Once she won a pumpkin carving contest by splashing it with neon paint and carving abstract designs into it. Recently, she discovered she enjoys painting too.
