About the Exhibit
The talented artwork of students from every Newport News public school will be displayed in the Newport News Community Gallery at the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center beginning Saturday, February 4, with an opening reception from 1-3 p.m.
The Citywide Student Art Exhibit is open to the public and available for viewing Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The center is closed on Sunday. The exhibit concludes on Tuesday, February 28.

An Opening Reception will take place on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023, from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. to mark the opening of the exhibition from Feb. 4 through Feb. 28, 2023.
