I hereby consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by the City of Newport News and the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center or anyone authorized by the City of Newport News or the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center, of any and all photographs, and videography that will be taken of me and/or my child(ren) during this session for any purpose, without compensation to me. All negatives and positives, together with the prints and files, are owned by the City. The City reserves the right to use these photographs in any of its print or electronic publications. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this release. *
