The second Reader’s Theater production of the season was held on January 13th, 2020. August Wilson’s Gem of the Ocean was directed by Charity Robinson starred Florenza Tate as Aunt Ester Tyler, Tra'Waan Coles as Citizen Barlow, George Eason as Solly Two Kings, Marcus DeVaughn as Caesar Wilks, Dechanta Wooten as Black Mary Wilks, Rico Robinson as Rutherford Selig, and Stephanie Lewis as Eli.
