Masego returns to Hampton Roads for 3Sixty Concert Series at Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center
The former ODU student and “TrapHouseJazz” creator is headlining a concert on January 13th.
Returning to the Ella Fitzgerald Theater stage is a hometown hero that has been thriving in the music scene. Uniquely fusing the essence of jazz with the fun of house and trap music, Masego has created a sound that is making huge waves. He has rapidly gained popularity, with approximately 116,000 followers on Instagram and Twitter combined. The “Sego & Sasha World Tour” (Sasha being the name of his saxophone) was hugely successful with the entire Australian leg being completely sold out.
After travelling around the world and performing his music, Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center welcomes Masego back to kick off the 3Sixty Concert Series - a three-part set brought to you by 3Sixty Management and Consulting. Also hitting the stage is guitarist Melanie Faye, whose bluesy performances have gone viral on social media. For more information on the concert and to purchase tickets, visit www.downing-gross.org.
